Troy Mack Lipscomb, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished friend, farewell to this world on May 31, 2024, in Dallas, TX. He was born on July 2, 1944, in Plainview, TX.

Troy was a man of many talents and a heart filled with warmth and humor. Those who knew him best remember his infectious laughter that would light up any room. His kind soul was always willing to lend a helping hand those in need.

Proud veteran who served in the U. Army, Troy exemplified courage and honor in all aspects of his life. His dedication to his country was a testament to his unwavering commitment to serving others.

In his youth, Troy enjoyed sports like baseball, basketball, and football. As he grew older, he found solace in the serenity of golf and the camaraderie of playing dominoes with friends and family.

Troy’s sharp mind and love for numbers led him into the world of business, where he excelled with his intelligence and acumen. His knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking set him apart as a true leader.

Above all else, Troy’s proudest accomplishment was marrying the love of his life and spending an incredible 51 and a half years building a beautiful life together.

He is survived by his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.

Services to celebrate Troy’s remarkable life will be held at the following locations:
– Viewing at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas on June 12
– Celebration of Life at Greater Ideal MBC on June 13
– Burial at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on June 14

As we mourn the loss of a truly extraordinary individual, let us find comfort in the memories we hold dear and the legacy Troy has left behind. May his laughter continue to echo through our hearts for years to come.
