It was an honor to be a part of this event and to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with such a receptive audience. I was impressed by the power of mindfulness as a tool to cultivate mental and physical well-being, and I hope that the event will have a lasting impact on the community.

The event also featured special guests, including Mayor Don Warren, who took time out of his busy schedule to attend the event. Warren was seen taking a pho- to with the Texas Metro News paper.

CBS 19’s multi-skilled journalist AYA- NA AIRD was also in attendance, capturing the event through her media coverage. Her reporting will help to spread the message of mindfulness and mental health awareness throughout the com- munity.
