With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Andre Javon Evans, who left this world on May 21, 2024. His departure has left a void in all who knew and loved him.

Andre was born on August 7, 1981, and throughout his life, he exemplified being outgoing, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand to those around him. His kindness and generosity touched many lives and his presence will be deeply missed.

Survived by his loving family, Andre’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of his relatives and friends. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the life he lived and the positive impact he made during his time with us.

Services to honor and remember Andre will be held at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas on May 31, 2024. A wake Service will take place from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will follow on June 1, 2024, at St. Matthews Baptist Church in Lancaster starting at 10:00 AM.

In these moments of grief and remembrance, we find solace in cherishing the memories he leaves behind. Andre’s legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to have known him.

May his soul rest in peace.
