Herbert Wayne Finney II, known for his love for his children and family, he was born on January 12, 1978, in Dallas TX. His recent passing on May 13, 2024, has left a void in the hearts of all who knew him.

The services to honor Herbert’s life will be held at two locations.

Visitation is scheduled for May 23, 2024, starting at 12:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. Family friends are invited to pay respects until 7: PM on the same day.

Celebration of Life ceremony will take place on May 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM at PLEASANT ZION MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, located at 1910 N. St Augustine Rd in Dallas. It is a time to reminisce about Herbert’s remarkable journey and how he touched the lives of those around him.

In his life full of warmth and compassion, Herbert was a beacon of love and kindness. He cherished his family above all else and found great joy in the laughter of children. His memory will forever be cherished by those he leaves behind.

Herbert Wayne Finney II is survived by his beloved children and family members who will carry forward his legacy through their cherished memories. In this time of loss, let us remember the light he brought into our lives and find solace in knowing that his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him well.

May Herbert rest peacefully knowing that he was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
