Cynthia Thompson is the VP of Development and Strategic Impact at Crossroads. She has more than 15 years working for local and national organizations creating and implementing grant management, donor cultivation and stewardship strategies and event planning. Cynthia is also a grant writer and she has utilized her numerous skills as development officer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Director of Development for the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Director of Strategic and Special oly Partnerships for the Salvation Army Texas Divisional Headquarters. She has also enjoyed stints at the American Red Cross and Special Olympics Texas.
She received her BA in Public Relations from Texas State University and Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University.
