Kimberly O’Neil is an award-winning Community Capacity Builder and Professor. A nationally recognized Social Impact Consultant, Thought Leader, and advocate, Kimberly has the distinction of serving as the youngest African American city manager in the Country – at Glenarden in the DC Metro area. She founded and is the CEO of Giving Blueprint and also the founder of Cause Studio Nonprofit Startup Capacity-Building Training. Kimberly has been a professor at Tulane University, Indiana Wesleyan University, the University of North Texas at Dallas, and Collin College. Her impressive portfolio has garnered her numerous awards and she continues to give and serve.
