Following the candidate presentations, guests enjoyed entertainment from the Cedric Barrett Concept and danced the night away. A highly anticipated annual event, this year was not a disappointment as guests took photos at the elegant Red Heart Balloon Display and the 360 photo booth presented by Entertainment by JC.

The 23rd Annual Winter Ball was held February 16 at the Hyatt Place in Garland, TX. Ricky C. McNeal serves as president of the NAACP Garland Unit and Gwendolyn H. Daniels chairs the Annual Winter Ball.
