A strategic communicator and problem solver, Malizy Scruggs, APR is the Associate Deputy Chief of Communications at Dallas College. She studied social work at Texas State University before attending Minneapolis College. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. A former Vice President of PRSA Dallas, she has volunteered with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and the Junior League of Arlington.
