Santa and his helpers will appear for the 10th straight year at RedBird Mall on Saturday, December 19th from 12 pm to 6 pm and Sunday, December 20th from 1 pm to 5 pm.
“We will continue our traditional Santa visits with the children this year but with some precautions,” said Lisa Long, Redbird Mall General Manager. “During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are following all CDC, city and state guidelines to make Santa and his helpers available to the children. Santa will be housed in a special plexiglass box but will take photos and talk with the children to determine who has been naughty or nice.”
Santa’s new quarters will be housed in the mall’s Center Court near the elevator. Santa and his elves, DPD officers who work off duty at the mall and Redbird Mall Security, volunteer every year.
