Arlette Hawkins attended Henrico High School and studied at North Carolina A&T State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and a master’s degree in Interactive Media from Elon University. She is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and a Digital Content Editor. Arlette has worked as an Associate Digital Content Producer at Pace; a television news producer at WFMY News 2; and an administrative assistant at Westminster Canterbury Richmond. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Arlette held numerous leadership positions while in college, and most recently she became a program manager at Morehouse College.
