City of Fort Worth Urges Utility Payment Arrangements Before September 8

The City of Fort Worth is urging residents in need to make arrangements for water utility help before shutoffs for nonpayment resume on September 8. 

Customers should call 817-392-4477 between 7 am and 7 pm Monday through Friday to ask questions and set up payment plans. Utility Assistance may also be available through the CARES Act for eligible households.

Community Action Partners is accepting online applications for the Emergency Household Assistance Program. To learn more about the program, call 817-392-5720.
