The Northeast Texas Girl Scouts is coming together for their Women of Distinction event on October 30. The purpose of the get together is to honor the recipients in the following categories: Women of Distinction, Young Women of Distinction, Lifetime Achievement and Man Enough to Be a Girl Scout.
Due to COVID, the event will also be streamed live and have a small number of attendees.
The 2020 Women of Distinction co-chairs are Tracy LaRosiliere, the first lady of Plano and Michelle Thomas, assistant VP of compliance for AT&T. This is their signature fundraising event and they highlight leaders in the community who are making a difference.
