Zan Wesley Holmes Community Outreach Center Hosts Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program Free Wills Clinic. To participate, you must register, and you also will need to complete an application that will be used to determine your eligibility for this free service. After confirmation of your eligibility, you will be paired with an attorney who will call you to set your appointment time.
