Kenneth McKinney

Kenneth Wayne McKinney was born November 23, 1962 to Earnest and Lenora McKinney in Dallas, Texas. He was baptized at 11 years old at New Samaria Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas where he was a member. Kenneth received his formal education from Skyline High School and graduated from South Oak Cliff in 1981. He was employed at the United States Postal Services for 10 years and Texas Instruments for 5 years. Favorite phrases: “Do the right thing”  and “Go get it and comeback with it”. Kenneth McKinney departed this earthly life on February 4, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest & Lenora McKinney and his brother, Earnest L. McKinney Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories: children, Sherrie Anderson, Krystal Singleton (Kendrick), Kenneth Wayne Anderson (Lisa), and Carla Johnson (Marcus); grandchildren, Kayden Bailey, Karter Singleton, and Duke Johnson; siblings, Alberta McKinney and Bruce McKinney (Mildred); nieces, Angela Bullard, Nia Bullard, and Anna McKinney, along with a host of other relatives and friends that loved him dearly.
