WILMER, TEXAS – Mark your calendars for the City of Wilmer’s 2nd Annual Sparks Firework Show Friday, July 1, 2022 from 7 to 10 p.m. at 4801 Interstate 45 in Wilmer.

Wilmer Mayor Sheila Petta said, “Last year’s event was a success, and I am enthusiastic for this year as we will have food trucks, a gaming truck, face painter, balloon artist, and a DJ.”

Adding another element to create the spectacular Sparks in the City will be the fireworks show aligned with music, which will be available to tune into at KBEC 1390AM/99.1FM.

“I am beyond appreciative for Praise Fellowship Baptist Church and Padian Properties for their partnership in allowing the City to put on a spectacular 4th of July celebration for all to enjoy,” Mayor Petta added.

“We hope you will join us as we celebrate America’s independence and continue to salute America, land of the free and home of the brave.”
