MOVIE CAMERAS ROLL AT THE WAREHOUSE IN FORT WORTH

FORT WORTH, TX…Former Dallas Cowboys Defensive Lineman turned Hollywood Producer Greg Ellis chose The Warehouse in Fort Worth as a major location for his new feature film “My Dear.” The film, written and directed by Ellis, is the story of the downfall of the perfect football family. A legend of the game must come face-to- face with the reality of life after he retires from the only thing he’s ever known. Of the film’s message, Ellis says, “No matter what life throws your way or how uncomfortable it is to transition from one milestone to the next, you owe it to yourself to always live your best life at all times.”

The Warehouse, located at 1125 E. Berry Street in Fort Worth, serves as the backdrop for a party scene in the film. Venue operator, Jim Austin, was thrilled to have the location featured in the major motion picture. “We are excited to be part of such an impactful story and to work with Greg Ellis on the project,” says Austin. “It’s a wonderful experience to see the behind-the-scenes action that goes into moviemaking and to host a bit of Hollywood right here in Fort Worth!”

Approximately 40 actors and actresses were featured in the scene courtesy of Icon Studios, a talent agency based in Dallas.
