When Nailah Ellis founded her company she based the tea on a family recipe created by her great-grandfather, Cyril Byron, a Jamaican immigrant and chef who came to America through Ellis Island more than 100 years ago. This refreshing Jamaican tea now operates a full-scale, state-of-the-art production facility and ships orders to retailers and customers nationwide.
