Two wheels for each of her four children would have been great for 27-year-old Chloe Haley so imagine her surprise when she was handed the keys to four wheels, a Buick Encore, at the Williams Chicken annual Change for Change Community Christmas Party at Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC on Saturday. While Williams Chicken and Freedom Chevrolet gave away 100 bikes and toys to area youth who also took pictures with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, Freedom Chevrolet General Manager Kyle Bettilyon and Hiawatha Williams CEO and Founder of Williams Chicken were on hand, spreading joy during the festivities
