All three men were arrested in May last year after pursuing Mr. Arbery during his morning jog and maliciously killing him.

Nonetheless, the men were found guilty of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assualt, intent to comitt a felony, and false imprisonment. Sentencing is still pending. The men are still facing federal hate crime charges and will begin that trial in 2022.
