In 2017, Berkshire Farms Winery was born. The wines are intricately harvested, the craftsmanship in each bottle of wine is just as detailed. The brothers, Jonathan and Jason Jackson, draw on flavors of familiarity to produce each expression, such as savory, spicy peppers and juicy pomegranate. Each flavor profile is distinct. According to Jonathan, “It’s Cheers in a wine bottle, we know your name and create what you like.” They understand the complexities of the relationship from grape to glass. You can find them every Saturday and Sunday at the Dallas Farmer’s Market or make you reservation and have win and a delicious dinner at DJs Steakhouse, 14925 Midway Road in Addison. Berkshire Farms also delivers, so reach out to them at Berkshirefarmstinywinery@gmail.com.
