Thomas K Gipson III, a beloved member of both his family and community, passed away on January 27, 2024, in Loganville, GA. He was born on April 23, 1983, in Dallas, Texas. Thomas was known for his warm smile and his comforting hugs that could brighten anyone’s day. He lived a life filled with love and touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Thomas dedicated his career to the field of warehousing, where he consistently demonstrated his hard work and commitment. He approached his job with diligence and made a positive impact in everything he did. His colleagues admired his work ethic and respected him for his professional integrity.
Education played an important role in Thomas’ life, having attended DESOTO ISD schools. It was during this time that he cultivated many friendships and made lasting memories with classmates and teachers.
Outside of work and school, Thomas found solace in various hobbies and interests that brought him joy. He would often spend time watching his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, passionately cheering for them during every game. Cooking was not only a skill but also a form of self-expression for Thomas. He delighted in preparing delicious meals for himself and loved ones.
When Thomas wasn’t engrossed in sports or cooking, he enjoyed indulging in video games. These activities provided him with moments of relaxation and allowed him to pursue his personal interests.
Above all else, Thomas treasured his family more than anything in the world. He was unwaveringly devoted to his wife Rose Gipson. His children Jermiah Gilmore, Le’Neiah Gipson, Thomas K. Gipson IV, Alayasia Gipson, and Angel Gipson. His bonus children, Phillip, Harrison, Darius and Jayla Wilson. Their love created unbreakable bonds that will forever hold him close.
Thomas was the son of Thomas Gipson Jr. and Sandra Connor. He shared a special connection with his father, who played an instrumental role in shaping the man he became. The loss of Thomas leaves an indescribable void in their lives.
Thomas also had the privilege of being loved by his aunts: Sherry English, Terri Gipson-Jones, and Melanie Gipson, as well as his uncles: Darryl Gipson and Darren W. Connor. Their relationships were built on mutual love and support that spanned throughout the years.
Also, to cherish his memory is his grandmother, Betty Connor held a special place in his heart. Her wisdom and guidance were constant sources of inspiration for him.
In addition to his immediate family, Thomas leaves behind several extended family members and friends who were touched by his kindness. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he cared for deeply.
